Queer Mycologies: A Feminist's Guide to Fungi
•
2h 8m
Join FLP founder Luisa-Maria MacCormack as she guides you through a Feminist History of our interspecies friendship with Fungi, examining the history of Foraging, Cooking, Growing, Researching and even the life cycles of Fungi themselves through a feminist lens. We will explore cutting edge theories around Queer Mycology, as well as the histories of some incredible female scientists whose research has changed the scientific world of Mycology forever. Using Fungi as a guide, we will question the future of interspecies friendship and even the boundaries of our own bodies.
